Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery Times
Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Milo's Plaza has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Haven't Received Your Order?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an extra 2 working days before contacting us, as occasional carrier delays can occur. If your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
