Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unopened and in their original packaging
• Undamaged and in the same condition as received

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will endeavour to replace the item on a like-for-like basis. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We offer free returns — once approved, we will provide a prepaid returns label.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened trading card packs, booster boxes, or any sealed products that have been opened
• Items not in their original condition or packaging
• Items returned after the 30-day window
